In September 2023, SilicoGene was born from the collaboration of developers, AI engineers, bioinformaticians, and geneticists. Initially a team of just five, we faced the challenge of merging our distinct expertises. Despite speaking the same language, our specialized backgrounds made communication and collaboration difficult at times. Yet, driven by a shared ambition to make a significant impact in the world, we were determined to overcome these hurdles and leave a lasting mark.
